“Go Green” Virus Infection
The first thing that goes into my mind when someone mentions the word “GREEN” is no other than our lovable Walt Disney character.
P/S: If the donkey and cat are green too, you’re probably infected by the “Go Green” virus. Please obtain medical attention immediately! If the report states that you’re fine, probably the image was photoshopped.
Okay nowadays, various groups are trying to save the Earth from… what’s the word… destruction? Even the 1 hour stint of Earth Hour is associated with saving the Earth’s ass. Is it a sign that the human race will be wiped out soon? I hope not – I wanna have grandkids and watch them have their grandkids too.
Recently, countless “Go Green” virus has been circulated campaigns have been launched. I’m sure all of us are pretty aware of that greenifying phenomenon.
The word “GREEN” has been such a huge hit and it seems to be everywhere! Go green, live green, cum green, poop green and other green stuffs. Maybe it’s the vegetarians’ idea to greenify the world. You know, more plants = more food for them = the higher their survival rate. *just joking*
Anyway, with so many campaigns around – one of the common agenda is planting trees while wearing green shirt.
And whenever they plant one tree, they’ll pose for a picture. Example above. As weird as it may sound – planting a simple tree sounds so “awesome” these days. You might get response like: “Today I had an awesome day! I planted trees!”
Great. How can anyone relate an “awesome day” with “planting trees”? That’s so not awesome. The only day I’ll declare as “awesome” is the day… hmm… the day I feel awesome; definitely NOT by penetrating a stick into the ground.
Okay, Go Green campaigns aren’t only about plants – it’s also related to recycling, minimizing electricity usage and so on. But I don’t know how to make fun of them so I’m not gonna include them in this entry.
Anyway, here are some ideas for green-bies (humans infected by the virus) to greenify to world.
Get every vehicle to spray green.
Cars with metallic green are cool.
And for the Malaysian community, why not painting the Kuala Lumpur Tower and Petronas Twin Tower green.
Green erections in Kuala Lumpur! This is what I call awesome!
And here’s my contribution – a body makeover for my Geetha baby.
She looks even sexier with her green skin.
Okay, seeing too much green makes my eyesight better. I’m gonna try stroking Geetha without my glasses now.

Well, I am a tree hugger actually. So what I did was go for life liberation, recycle,etc. It was good.
Anyway, back to the point.
I was having a lil sore eyes to see the pictures because they were so GREEN. Sharp Green some more. LOL
I think those people who wearing those really sharp green tee because they are the attention seeker, that’s why.
P.S: Is your guitar really that colour? If yes, your guitar is very unique. Heh!

This is really annoying.
It’s all just marketing.
“Buy this and help save the Earth!”, “x% of the funds raised by the sales of our products will be toward to replanting rain forests in Amazon”, “Click here and help us fight polution”.
In the end they just want to give the “good and concerned company” and profit with it.
It’s so banal nowadays that I don’t even know if I should care and trust these. And it’s not like planting trees will solve our problem. Trees can consume Dioxide Carbon but they also produce it. The consume rate is just higher when the tree is still young, after it reaches adulthood the consume rate is the same as the production rate so it will help fighting nothing.
Also, they say recycling, using renewable energy source, reduction of trash but for some reason I can’t believe that they even care about these. For me it feels like “do what I say but not what I do”.
